Jetway is one person, and that is the point

Who you are actually hiring

Jetway Pressure Washing and Cleaning Service is Chris Murdock. He started doing this work in 2017 around Hope Mills, where he is based, and he still runs it himself with his own equipment. There is no dispatcher, no sales team and no rotating crew.

That means the person who looks at your property is the person who quotes it and the person who shows up to clean it. If something is not right, you are not explaining it to somebody who was not there. It also means the schedule is finite and honest: when a week is full, you will be told it is full instead of being booked into a slot that quietly slips.

Family owned, minority owned, locally owned

All three of those are true and none of them are the reason to hire anybody. They matter to some customers and they should be easy to find rather than buried, so they are here. The reason to hire Jetway is the work, and the work is judged on the wall afterwards.

Two sides of the same business

Jetway does exterior cleaning and mobile auto detailing. That combination sounds odd until you notice they are the same skill pointed at different surfaces: knowing which contaminant you are looking at, what dissolves it, and how much force the surface underneath can take before you start doing damage instead of cleaning.

Getting that wrong is the entire risk in this trade. Too much pressure strips granules off a roof, furs up a wood fence, drives water behind vinyl siding, and burns through clear coat on a car. The equipment that makes a driveway look new is the same equipment that ruins a soffit. The job is knowing which one you are standing in front of.

What Jetway does not do

Jetway does not take staining or painting work, and it does not take on anything that needs somebody standing on a roof who should not be up there. If a property needs something outside the scope, you will be told that directly rather than sold the nearest thing on the list.

There is also no attempt to talk anybody into an annual plan on the first visit. Some properties genuinely need washing every year, some go two or three, and a house under heavy shade in Eastover is on a different clock than an open lot. You will get an honest read on yours.

Still building the review count, on purpose

Jetway is not going to claim a number of five star reviews it does not have, or invent job counts, or put a wall of stock photos on a portfolio page. The work page has real before and afters and nothing else, and it is shorter than a fake one would be.
