The towns

If you are just outside that list

The five towns above are the drivable core, not a fence. Plenty of work happens just past the edge of them, and the honest answer for an address further out depends on the size of the job more than the distance. A whole property is worth a longer drive. A single small walkway may not be, and you will be told that rather than quoted a number designed to make you go away.

Call with the address and what needs cleaning. If it is not workable you will hear so on the phone instead of after an appointment.

Why the service area is deliberately small

Jetway is one person with his own equipment, not a franchise with crews. That is the reason the list is five towns rather than a fifty mile radius: the person who quotes your property is the person who shows up to clean it, and one person can only be in one place.

The trade off is real and it works in your favour. Nobody is dispatched to your house who has never spoken to you, quotes do not change when a crew arrives and finds something the salesman did not mention, and there is one phone number that reaches the person doing the work.

Cumberland County and Hoke County are not the same job

Four of the five towns are in Cumberland County and Raeford is in Hoke. That is not just an administrative line, it tracks a real change in the work. Cumberland is sandier, more built up and more heavily shaded in the older neighbourhoods, so the dominant problem is organic: algae on the north walls, black streaking down roofs, green film on concrete that never sees sun.

Hoke is heavier red clay, more open ground and more properties on well water, so the dominant problems are mineral and mechanical: clay staining splashed up the bottom courses of siding, orange iron bloom from irrigation, and a lot more square footage of concrete per property.

The same equipment handles both. What changes is which solution goes on first, how long it dwells, and how much of the day the job takes. That is the reason each town has its own page rather than one location page with the name swapped out.

What decides whether an address works

Distance matters less than most people expect. What actually decides it is whether the job fills enough of a day to justify the drive, and whether the water and access situation is workable once the truck is there.

A whole property with siding, a driveway and a fence is worth a longer run than a single small patio. Two neighbours booking the same week makes an outlying address easy. Say what you have and where it is, and the answer comes back on the phone, not after somebody has driven out.

Questions people actually ask

Which towns does Jetway actually cover?

Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Raeford, Spring Lake and Eastover, across Cumberland and Hoke County. Hope Mills is home base, so it is the shortest run of the five.

I am just outside those towns. Is it worth calling?

Yes. The list is the drivable core, not a fence. Whether an outlying address works depends more on the size of the job than the miles, and you will get a straight answer on the phone.

Do you charge extra for travel to Raeford or Eastover?

Travel is factored into the quote rather than added as a separate surprise line. Say the town when you call so the number you hear is the number for your address.

Why is there no page for Fayetteville?

Because the home page is the Fayetteville page. Building a second page aimed at the same city and the same search would just compete with it.
