What is collected

Only what is needed to quote a job and turn up to do it:

Your name and contact details phone number and email address, when you provide them by calling, texting, emailing or submitting a form
The property address for the work being quoted or performed
What you tell us about the job including any photographs you choose to send

Nothing is collected about you from anywhere else, and there is no requirement to create an account to request an estimate.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule and perform the work, invoice for it, and follow up about that work. That is the whole list.

Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Phone calls and text messages

When you give Jetway your phone number, you are agreeing to be contacted at that number about your enquiry and your job, by call or by text. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with the job.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not prevent Chris from calling you about work already scheduled, and it does not cancel any booking.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent is not shared with any third party.

Who else sees it

Jetway uses ordinary business software to run the business, which can include a customer records system, an email provider, a phone and messaging provider, and payment processing. Those providers process your information only to deliver those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

How long it is kept

Customer and job records are kept for as long as needed to service the account and to meet tax and accounting obligations. If you want your details removed and you have no open job, ask and they will be removed.

Ask for it to be corrected
Ask for it to be deleted, subject to any records that must be kept
Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages

Children

This is a home services business. The site is not directed at children and information is not knowingly collected from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
