What to have ready when you call

Most jobs can be quoted from a short conversation plus a look at the property, and the call goes faster if you know roughly three things.

• What the surface is vinyl siding, brick, concrete, wood fence, a roof, a vehicle
• Roughly how big single or two storey, a one car or three car drive, how long the fence run is. Nobody expects exact measurements
• How long it has looked like that a season of green comes off much faster than six years of it, and that changes the time on site
